Boys & Girls Club @ Snows – Information

Program Info: Monday – Friday

Before School Care: 7:00am (please do not drop off before this time) to 8:30 am

Monday – Friday

After School Care: 2:50pm to 5:45pm, 12:15 pm on early release days
*We are not open for snow days, holidays, or any breaks! However, we do feed into a Boys & Girls Club
Clubhouse for most days off/breaks. Please contact the Site Coordinator for more info.*

Registration Info:

1) Please go online to our website bgctm.org & click “Join Now” to get your child
registered. Watch the orientation video (30min) and then complete and submit

the application.

***REGISTRATION MUST BE RENEWED EACH SCHOOL YEAR***
2) After this, go and check in with the Site Coordinator. A $20 annual membership
fee is required each year. Liability waivers will need to be signed at the site in
order to get your account set up/approved. (This must be done during Boys &
Girls Club programming hours, listed above.) All weekly fees can be paid on-line.

Payment Info:
$20 Annual Membership Fee

Both Before and After School Program: $40 for the week

Financial Aid Info:

Please check in with the coordinator for the financial aid info. We have available
funding through Children’s Cabinet and Boys & Girls Club scholarships. If interested,
families will need to fill out a financial aid packet, provide a copy of their ID, and
provide up to 5 paystubs (depending on frequency of pay) or proof of employment.
Once all is submitted, it could take up to a month to be calculated and approved.
